Introduction
It adopts spraying, coating and film plating processes as well as multi-layer seasoning technology to realize flavoring through three procedures: liquid solution pre-treatment, pre-powder coating and post-powder coating, delivering a richer and more layered taste.
The unique internal structure of the spraying device in the coating unit greatly increases the contact chance between raw materials and auxiliary materials, achieves a more uniform coating effect, and reduces the defective product rate.
Nut kernels and semi-finished products are transported by conveyor belts and fed into the core processing equipment — the continuous light powder coating machine via elevators in sequence. Afterwards, the materials go through frying or roasting, followed by secondary powder coating and seasoning, then cooling and final packaging. The fully automatic continuous operation improves production efficiency and ensures stable product quality.
