Introduction
The sugar coating machine is widely applied in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, research institutes and hospitals. It is used for sugar coating and polishing of tablets and pills, as well as rolling and forming food products. It can also be used by scientific research institutions for trial production of new medicines.
Sugar-coated and polished tablets feature a bright and glossy appearance. After the sugar on the surface crystallizes, a complete consolidated coating layer is formed. The layer prevents the inner tablet core from oxidative deterioration, moisture absorption and volatile loss. It also masks unpleasant tastes of the core, facilitates tablet identification, and moderates the dissolution rate in the human gastrointestinal tract.
Operating Procedures
Before operation, carefully check whether all fasteners of the machine are loose.
Clean the inside and outside of the sugar coating pan thoroughly.
Start the main motor and let the machine run idle for 2 minutes to check for abnormal faults.
After feeding materials, press the main motor button first. Then turn on the blower button according to the sugar crystallization condition, and switch on the electric heating wire at the same time.
