Peeling Machinery

The peanut halving machine is mainly used to split peanut kernels into halves. Peanuts are first roasted in an oven, cooled on a cooling conveyor, and then split into halves by the halving machine. The split peanut halves are screened by a residue sieve, and the finished products directly enter the next process.

The machine adopts two-stage splitting procedures with a high halving rate. Specially made rubber bearings are used at the connecting rods of the vibrating screen, featuring durability and excellent shock absorption.
