This oven adopts circulating hot air for penetrating roasting. During operation, the material layer thickness and conveying speed are automatically adjustable with continuous feeding and discharging.
The roasting temperature is controlled by independent units, enabling separate temperature adjustment for each section. An independent cooling zone is arranged at the rear, eliminating the need for separate cooling equipment.
It adopts a modular structure; the output can be increased without replacing the whole machine. Multiple heat sources are available, including natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, thermal oil and electricity.
