Plane Rotary Roasting Oven
Introduction
The plane rotary roasting oven is mainly used for roasting broad bean coated with crispy rice crust, peanut kernels, peanuts, soybeans and other granular food materials.
This oven adopts liquefied petroleum gas (or natural gas) as the heat source. It burns through infrared heaters and fire rows to heat the internal space of the oven. Heat energy is then radiated onto the roasted materials. During the roasting process, the materials keep rolling continuously inside the rotating chamber, ensuring even heating and stable roasting quality.
The oven features low gas consumption and high thermal efficiency. The oven body is insulated with lightweight thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss and effectively improve heat utilization rate.
