Simple Frying Production Line Model Ⅱ
This simple frying production line Model Ⅱ consists of a frying machine, deoiling machine, elevator and seasoning mixer. Each unit can operate independently.
The frying machine completes the whole process automatically: timed frying of raw materials in the fryer, pot lifting and oil draining, material lifting and pouring into the deoiling drum for deoiling, and final conveying out. The temperature, frying time and deoiling time are all automatically controlled by PLC. It delivers stable and uniform frying effect and can effectively control the oil content of finished products. The processed products are crisp, fragrant and pure in taste, making it ideal equipment for producing fried nuts such as fried peanuts and broad beans.
The production line features simple operation, high safety, cost saving and reduced labor intensity.

Main Unit Introduction
Frying MachineIt is used for material frying. The material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel. It is equipped with automatic temperature control and automatic discharging, with optional automatic feeding and automatic stirring functions.
Deoiling MachineFried materials are placed into the deoiling basket. Centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation removes excess surface oil. This top-discharge deoiling machine delivers deoiled materials to the seasoning mixer via the elevator.
ElevatorIt is used for vertical conveying of deoiled materials.
Seasoning MixerAdopts stainless steel spiral structure to mix raw materials evenly. The motor realizes forward and reverse rotation to discharge materials smoothly. All material contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure food hygiene and cleanliness.
