The ZDGY-500 automatic coating machine is a fully automatic double-batch continuous coating system. It is mainly used for coating processing of peanuts, green beans, melon seeds, broad beans, nuts and other nut kernels. It can realize fully automatic processing and control operations including quantitative feeding, powder supplying, liquid supplying, automatic coating and discharging. Adopting PLC full-program automatic control, the machine features simple operation, high production efficiency and stable product quality.

The machine is mainly composed of coating system, feeding system, powder supplying system, liquid supplying system, main frame and PLC electric control system.

Coating raw materials are stored in the hopper and discharged automatically under PLC control. After automatic weighing by the weighing hopper, the materials are automatically fed into the coating drum. The rotating plate of the coating drum drives the materials to operate continuously.Liquid materials are evenly sprayed and coated on the material surface through a volumetric pump and high-speed liquid throwing plate. Powder materials are accurately fed into the coating drum by the automatic quantitative powder feeding system to complete a single powder coating process.The coating cycle times can be set freely according to product process parameters to meet the production requirements of different coated products. The whole process precisely controls the dosage of powder and liquid each time, ensuring uniform coating effect and consistent quality for every batch.
